If You’re Stuck, Change Your View

There’s the view from the inside and the view from the outside.

You need both, but it’s easy to get stuck with just one and convince yourself you know how the view looks from the other.

Looking from the outside in, it’s easy to judge, criticise, advise, suggest, fabricate.

Looking from the inside out, it’s easy to wallow and compare and obsess over details.

Change your view from time to time — you won’t get the full picture without it.
