You Need to Learn to Refocus

Develop the ability to refocus fast. To get back to the status quo quickly.

Distractions are inevitable; they can be minimised but never eliminated. They are necessary, but they get in the way of the future.

So the productive person learns not how to focus without distraction (when would this be relevant?) but how to quickly refocus amid distraction.
